The project involves the design and construction of a cow dung crematorium in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The site is located within the sacred grounds of Shamshan Bhoomi in Model Town, Gopal Nagar, and is limited to 1800 sq. ft. The client's vision is to create a simple yet practical design that can accommodate three cremation machines within a building combining reinforced concrete and mild steel truss roofing. The design concept is centered around "Building Life's Emotions," which aims to depict the journey of life through six distinct stages. The design incorporates natural materials such as wood and stone to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It also focuses on site integration, space segregation for the cremation process, and climate-responsive features to ensure functionality, dignity, and a seamless experience for the users at every stage of life
